Clogged Gutters

Blocked gutters overflow and push water back under your tiles. This is the #1 cause of ceiling leaks in Malaysian terrace homes, and the most overlooked. Accumulated leaves, dirt, and moss debris block your gutters and tile valleys. Water has nowhere to go, it backs up under the tiles and into your ceiling.

Cracked Flashings & Joints

The junctions between your roof and walls, skylights, and ridges are the most common water entry points. They require proper sealant, not just surface patching.

Flat Roof Water Ponding

Ipoh's flat concrete roofs are especially vulnerable. Poor drainage design means standing water, surface cracks, and persistent leaks every rainy season.

Our Process - 4 Steps

Pre-Clean Inspection

We walk the full roof before touching anything , checking tiles, gutters, ridge caps, and downpipes. You get a condition report with every job. Heavily soiled roofs or thick moss growth may require on‑site quotation.

Soft Wash Treatment

Biodegradable cleaning solution applied at low pressure across the full roof surface , kills moss, algae, and lichen at the root, not just the surface.
